- Own and secure our Microsoft system landscape: Entra ID, Exchange, Intune, Microsoft 365, Defender for Endpoint
- Implement and maintain scalable security policies (MFA, conditional access, encryption, RBAC)
- Manage user roles, group policies, and access controls across the organization
- Continuously harden our Microsoft and server environments (Windows, Linux, macOS) against threats
- Secure endpoints and mobile devices with patching, monitoring, and compliance tools
- Support incident response, troubleshoot security events, and prevent recurrence
- Contribute to ISO 27001, BSI, and NIS2 compliance with lean, practical solutions

Your profile
- Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or equivalent practical experience
- Proven experience as a Microsoft System Administrator in a fast-paced or security-critical environment
- Strong knowledge of Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange, Intune, and Microsoft 365 administration
- Deep understanding of access control models, least-privilege principles, and MFA/2FA solutions
- Practical experience with security tools: Defender for Endpoint, Conditional Access, encryption
- Familiarity with ISO 27001, BSI, and classified communication standards (VSFD)
- Certifications such as MS-102, SC-300, AZ-500, MS-500 are highly valued
- Citizenship of a NATO member state or close ally (mandatory for clearance)
- Successful candidates will be required to obtain security clearance
